This blog is my home base because it offers my voice. Two years ago, I was facilitating an intensive summer writing institute for graduate students, and I gave a presentation on style. I discussed how style doesn’t fall from the skies and that we need patience and practice to establish our style. And I revealed that after a few decades of writing, I felt that with this blog, I’d found my style.
